I’ve been trying to become a patient at this practice for the past eight weeks, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple emails and voicemails—most of which have gone unanswered—I’ve received almost no communication. Erin spoke with me once during my initial outreach and seemed open to working with my insurance, but since then has consistently ignored my follow-ups. Even my care advocate has tried reaching out and hasn’t heard back. Every few weeks I get a brief response, only to be ghosted again. At one point, Erin offered to remind me of the pricing—when I agreed, I never heard back. I had high hopes for this practice and have been transparent about how important these services are to me. But the lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I’d recommend looking for a practice with dedicated staff who can actually support new patients through the onboarding process.

I cannot begin to say how grateful our family is for Erin and all she has done for our daughter! We were at our wits end trying to understand her zombie -like zone outs, mean spirited outbursts, and what seemed like unintelligent behavior when we knew that she is quite brilliant. Things weren't adding up! There was nothing "wrong" with her according to doctors and traditional therapy just wasn't working. I felt like I had tried everything, but I knew in my gut something was there. Erin helped us to see what was going on inside our daughter. She explained and helped us to see why these behaviors were happening. That alone gave me hope! After working with Erin consistently, we have seen enormous changes in our daughter's behavior. She is so much more calm, less spacey, more kind, and much less antagonistic. She is so much more fun to be around! Erin has been a dream to work with. She is a compassionate listener, asking such wonderful questions to really understand our daughter and the dynamics in our family. She has encouraged me when I have felt so overwhelmed in parenting a difficult child. I have never felt so listened to and involved with a health practitioner! We are incredibly grateful. Also, I must give a shout out to Stephanie, Erin's office assistant, who is always easy to get in touch with, helpful, and so fun to talk to. Making a long drive to get to their office doesn't feel so bad! We love NeuroZone and have recommended them to multiple friends!

I absolutely love Erin at Neurozone. She's truly passionate about helping all of her clients and finding the best neurofeedback treatment for each person's needs. She's the best! I leave feeling amazing every time and always look forward to my next appointment. It's really incredible how beneficial neurofeedback has been for me. Erin's helped relieve some anxiety, made me feel sharper and more grounded. Not to mention, Stephanie at the front desk is super sweet and super accommodating. I'm so lucky to have found them.
