Foundations for Healing - Bowenwork & Holistic Nutrition

Lisa introduced me to Bowen therapy several years ago and my life has been better for it ever since. I am a frequent business traveler to the Sacramento area, and whenever I am in town I always stop by for a Bowen tune up on my shoulders that I’ve had multiple surgeries on. Bowen is hands down the best natural relief I have ever gotten in terms of pain relief. The tune ups Lisa provides are fantastic and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not to mention Lisa has an awesome personality and is super knowledgeable on dietary plans.

Having Rheumatoid arthritis that leads to chronic pain, I find incredible relief from my Bowen Theraphy with Lisa Bryant. Not only does it help with my joint pain, I find myself able to sleep so much more restful. I love the extra added touches she adds to my session including the heated table, peaceful ambiance and wonderful smelling oils. You never want the session to end. I will often combine my session with a detox foot bath that is also offered. I love the excitement Lisa has when sharing nutritional information and I only purchase my supplements from her as I have finally found someone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to healthy eating. This is a rating worth 5 stars for sure!

Lisa Bryant saved my life. Ten years ago I suffered from severe vertigo and was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. I was told by my MD that I could no longer drive or work. I shared this information with Lisa and she researched my condition and recommended supplements and Bowen work. I no longer suffer with vertigo and I was able continue working until I retired. I see Lisa every month for Bowen and other nutritional assistance. I love the care Lisa provides to me. I tell everyone who I know about her.
