Internal Wisdom provides a lovely atmosphere with friendly and caring people. I purchased the colonic program and have never had better. Both Rachael and Mina are very active in the process--providing massage that greatly increases the results. In my last visit Mina was especially vigorous and caring because I admitted that I had eaten beef twice in two days and she was determined to help me "get rid" of the bad effects. Wow! Thanks so much.

I have been visiting internal wisdom for 3 months now. I can not put in to words how wonderful the staff is in supporting me on my health journey. They are the best! If you are feeling tired, sluggish, have hormone issues or want better quality of life, go in for a visit and see what will work best for you. You will be greeted with kindness and knowledge. Even though this review shows Cynthia's name Brian is writing this review. I received colonic treatments and felt safe, respected and cared for. Mina, Ben and Rachel were knowledgable and were excellent to work with. I will utilize their services again. I highly recommend them.
