Have been going here for years and Robbie has been wonderful to work with. Consistency is key, and doing the regular exercises and seeing him frequently have improved my neck /shoulder strain and headaches. I love the different tools he use to focus on certain muscle group. Try Robbie and you’ll see what I mean. Staffs are also great to work with, very attentive and always have a welcoming feeling each time I am there for my session. It’s worth giving this place a try, you won’t regret it.

I have been pretty impressed with my treatments. I am not as confident in Alex. Alex came to me and worked with me before I completed my exercises and when I thought we were done, I shared that I would like a massage, scraping, and cupping he replied, "You are here to do the exercises." I did not mention anything related to the exercises and I would have gladly finished the last exercise. When I mentioned what I would like, Alex asked Gabe if he had information related to cupping, Gabe is an Aide. That truly made me nervous. When Alex began to massage and scrape, he did not focus on the previous areas Robby and Mike had. Although in the high area of my knee/thigh, he was commenting on scar tissue. My knee was more bent with Alex vs. the 2 previous treatments. When Alex attempted to add cups and then asked me to both straighten and bend my knee with the cups on, Alex was already working with another patient and did not pay attention to what was happening at that time. The cups were popping off before he began treatment with another patient, as well the cups were popping off when I straighten and bent my knee. I caught one cup and another cup flew off and had to warn an Aide to not step on it. When Alex was working on my knee Robby came by and I made a comment about the massage and cupping. Robby shared, Take her to the mat she likes it. When I was done with cupping Gabe took the cups off and was with somebody else after the cups were removed. He was taking someone else to another room setting them up with another piece of equipment. I waited, I watched Aides move around the gym and waited for someone to help with the EMTT machine because it was 1 table away. That person couldn't help when previously they had. Needed to wait for Gabe to come back. I want to share the day of treatment was not normal. I was passed off to (3) Aides that day. When I was done and Gabe was working with someone else and I was standing in the gym, I got someones attention that was talking to a volunteer, it took 2 minutes to get her attention. She rplied, "I'll get somebody." She was right by the computer that Gabe had been on for me, I may have not been up, did I have a Tab that you could read and share what I needed to do next? While working with Alex, I had mentioned my Husband. My husband, Matt Estes had been there and previously and shared that he was left lost at the end of the treatment. He had worked with Alex, Alex had confirmed that when working with me. In his treatment he expected the massage, scraping, and cupping and Alex didn't do it. He said that he didn't want to over do it. He asked about the EMTT machine and nothing was done. After about 10 minutes on ice, he got someones attention and it was shared he was done for the day. Gabe is an amazing Aide. Not sure if "All" Aides need to be trained to do what he is able to do. He was great in sharing information on Alex and his knowledge and that he had been there since 2018.

My first experience at Robert Pauline Physical Therapy was outstanding. Kyle’s patience, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain each step of the process made a huge difference. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in delivering high-quality care. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly professional, Kyle is the one.
