Body Systems Wellness

I’ve been participating in the Body System Wellness program for about three weeks now, and I’m thrilled with the results—17 pounds down and feeling great! However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the coaches, Edita. When I asked for clarification about logging my weight, Edita responded in a dismissive and rude manner. She raised her voice at me and didn’t provide the constructive guidance I needed, she hung up the phone on me which felt unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued. On the other hand, Brenda was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to walk me through the app and showed me exactly where to find the data I needed. This solution-focused approach made a huge difference and restored my confidence in the program. In summary, while I’m happy with the program’s effectiveness, I hope that Edita’s approach can be improved so that all participants feel heard and respected. It’s essential for a positive and supportive experience.

The whole team at BSW is so genuine and always rooting me on. They always are there to answer any questions or provide guidance/support. Dr.K explains everything and is very knowledgeable. He genuinely cares and wants to make a difference. I highly recommend them. I have lost 29 lbs and my SIBO symptoms are 80 percent gone. I have more energy. My skin is clear. I sleep 8 hours a night when before I slept barely 2 hours.
