The best therapy sessions whether you are doing cryo therapy, red light, compression or sauna! Machines work fantastically, facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff is awesome! Love this place, come here daily!

I just tried cryotherapy at La Reve and it was a pretty amazing experience. The vibe at the center was amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was invigorating and left me feeling rejuvenated for hours afterwards. The entire experience was also a lot of fun, the cryo room's vibe was awesome and made the session go by so much easier! I highly recommend La Reve to anyone looking for a cryotherapy session. The staff is top-notch, and the vibe of the center is unbeatable.

Such a beautiful place, the staff are really nice and I loved my cryotherapy treatment! I feel great after just one and can't wait to go more. They have a month package for $249, seems expensive but you can go 30 times in the month, whereas a single session costs $50 and you're definitely going to want to go at least once a week so why not get the month package. So happy they set this up here in Granada Hills 😁 plenty of parking also..
