I've been doing neurofeedback for several months now with Pacific Neurofeedback primarily for my sleep issues, which I'm delighted to say have improved tremendously. I've also seen a remarkable improvement in my overall health and well-being, namely around finetuning my focus during the work day, and taming anxiety and emotional regulation. I'm looking forward to continuing this track. I highly recommend Pacific Neurofeedback. They have great service, and it's truly like a relaxing, spa experience in a beautiful office. 5 stars!
