Heather has made a life changing impact on my health journey. I initially had her review a health app I was using to track hormonal data. Based on what she saw, she recommended a full hormonal blood panel + review. As someone who has always been healthy and in shape I was shocked and honestly disappointed by the results. But Heather walked me through everything in detail and helped me understand that many of the things I thought were helping me were actually working against me. With her guidance I began taking progesterone and a mix of vitamins and supplements. The results have been incredible - my hair stylist can't believe my hair growth, my nails are stronger. I'm finally losing fat and most importantly my progesterone levels are now exactly where they need to be to support a healthy pregnancy.
