I have known Cindy for the past 12 years and I suggest anyone reading this post and searching for a person to trust as a nutritionist and health coach to consider Cindy. Cindy cares about her clients and with all her years of experience will definitely help guide you to becoming the healthy person that we all aspire to be. I had such a wonderful experience with Cindy at A Living Balance. It felt serendipitous since she’s also my yoga instructor, and I had just done a set of labs in Mexico along with a Viome retest. I came to Cindy after years of working with a variety of doctors and healers. At the most, they all seemed focused on helping me to manage various debilitating symptoms. However, it was never my goal to manage symptoms, but to find the root cause and cure for the illnesses. I was very sad and frustrated, as I felt almost no one was truly listening to me, and almost no one had any answers. Meanwhile, I was losing years of my life to terrible days.
