I came to the OC Ayurveda with two significant health challenges: dependence on blood pressure medications and severe dry eyes that were affecting my daily life. What I experienced was nothing short of life-changing. Working closely with Dr. Heena, I followed a personalized treatment plan that gradually allowed me to reduce my blood pressure medication. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Where do I even begin… I worked with Dr Heena & Yamuna during my first 40 days post partum, and my experience could not have been more incredible! From the detailed care plan Dr Heena throughly set up via our home visit, to my twice weekly amazing care visits for me and my newborn, all the nourishing food made for me according to my health needs…they both went above and beyond to care for me which made such a difference in my healing after birth. I truly feel more balanced because of what they did for me. I love how knowledgeable & wise they both are about Ayurvedic care, how customized my plan was to me, how grounding and loving their energies are….I truly cannot say enough good things and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their Ayurvedic care to anyone considering working with them. Yamuna’s massage is so healing; truly the best I’ve ever experienced. She has helped my back and neck so much! And Dr Heena truly was able to address every one of my healing needs; she’s a master!
