The Nile Valley Wellness Center is truly one of one, and is one of the city of Long Beach’s best kept secrets. A one stop shop with a treasure trove of unique experiences. The studio is warm, the owner is extremely attentive and resourceful, and the communion here is lofty, so come with an open heart and mind. I enjoy the study groups, the yoga sessions, I try to keep up with the daily workouts and motivational segments that stream online. The people here are overall positive, and are an organic support system. Anyone in the area, seeking a spiritual oasis, anyone in need of soul journey training, anyone looking for health financial family and cultural guidance, The Nile Valley Wellness Center is for you. Thank you Ebony Flower for carving out a space and creating a place where children of the light can come to nourish, recharge, and refresh ourselves. You mean more than you’ll ever know.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have no complaints whatsoever. Mrs. Ebony Flower is so knowledgeable about herbs and what it takes to get your body, mind, and soul right. I have been buying sea moss from her for almost a year now and every flavor even the plain I am a fan of. My latest is the mango chemoy and burdock root, bladderwrack, and lily of the valley. You can literally feel your body working with that last combination. Other items I have bought from her include, hair creme, shea butter, elderberry syrup, sea moss pops, and waist beads.. Look ya'll she has everything. Everything is made to order. She is very serious about the products and services she offers. Give Nile Valley Wellness a try, you will not be disappointed I promise.
