Felicity Mental Health - Los Angeles I have been having a really hard time this year and it was suggested that I get into an IOP. Looking through options online and making phone calls, it was all so daunting to me and I truly wanted to give up, until Felicity popped up on a search. I spoke with Justin, who made me feel so comfortable, which solidified my choice. I was also apprehensive about group therapy, and after my first session, I couldn't wait until the next. I am doing EMDR therapy with Lukas and I have reprocessed memories that were buried deep inside. I look at myself as this garage full of trauma and anxiety, with the help of the staff at Felicity, I am cleaning the garage and finding things that I didn't remember I had. Little by little, I am unpacking serious trauma that I have held on to for years. while everyone's experience is unique to them, I truly appreciate Felicity Mental Health. Dr. Spencer and N.P Rosa make you feel seen and heard. Therapist's Julia and Lukas are kind and so nice and caring and make it a safe environment to be able to open up.
