I started doing Bio Neurofeedback at the Body Mind Center in March of this year and I cannot recommend it enough. Laeticia has been so patient and knowledgable about the whole process. She has helped me set goals that coincide with the Bio Neurofeedback process. Let me say I am convinced. It has helped me with my sleeping, anxiety and overall mood. I have trouble focusing and after 10 sessions I am able to tackle tasks I have put off for years. I have referred several friends and they are all seeing benefits as well. I can't believe I get all this without needing medication. I highly recommend giving the Body Mind Center a try it has truly changed my life. Add photos

Oh my goodness, I am so happy I found Laetitia!!! A true angel. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and haven’t slept the entire pregnancy until going to her. Her neurofeedback sessions are a game changer. She’s so sweet and so nurturing, I can’t recommend her enough!!
