They'll gladly take your money...all before you can even meet with or better yet, pay, then meet with the doctor to find she's not a Doctor but rather nurse practitioner obtaining hours & unable to prescribe anything you're not already being prescribed. Of course when she recommends to the financial department you should be fully reimbursed, the company debates with themselves and gives you 45% of the 200$ paid for a consult & no service. You'll have to vigilantly call to even get that. Unless you have the medication already prescribed, don't waste your money or your time. Only suggestions.

I have seen Dr. Lyu for about six months after moving to the area. My experience with him has been nothing short of exceptional. He is a thorough evaluator, an excellent communicator, and, most importantly to me, he is collaborative and curious. What's more, my interfacing with the Wave practice has been top-notch. Hannah, in particular, deserves a call-out: she proactively anticipates my needs as a patient and drives each inquiry to completion at light-speed. As a result, she is constantly raising the bar for patient management. Finally, Wave's app-based solution to appointment scheduling and patient-provider communication beyond appointments is a game-changer for busy professionals. It's so rare to find a psychiatric practice like Wave. I recommend Wave Psychiatry and Dr. Lyu to anyone looking for exceptionally well-rounded psychiatric care.
