I’ve had a great experience at Los Gatos Orthopedic Sports Therapy! I worked with Dr. Erwina for my ACL recovery and she is the best!! She is super encouraging but also pushes you to get better every session. I loved that she makes exercises sports specific and that no two sessions were ever exactly the same. Physical therapy is not easy, but I always had a great time in my sessions with Dr. Erwina. Overall, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back from an injury!

I’ve had a great experience at LGOST for two major injuries/surgeries. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and personable and truly care for their patients in helping them recover with confidence. Working with Emily for my spinal fusion recovery has been great! I always feel supported and motivated and she really takes the time to explain everything and make the care personalized towards my recovery as a gymnast.
