The Brain Care Clinic has been amazing for me. I started my journey in 2020. After my recommended sessions, I went on with life and everything has been fine. I recently decided to go back to brain training due to some life changes that I recently had come to find out I needed to come in for some what I call maintenance. My scores did change and I believe it’s because those life-changing events. What I can tell you is that I have been getting a lot better sleep and I’m a lot more calm in general about things so what I would recommend is maintenance because life happens. and there’s no better place to do that then at the Brain Care Clinic.

I knew something like this existed but I didn't know the name to it. When I found neurofeedback through my friend, I didn't second guess on contacting Jessica. In my mind and my heart, I knew it would help...with a little skepticism. Being a young stroke survivor caused by a vertebral artery dissection, I've developed a lot of invisible disabilities. I was tired of all the medications, the drs visit of them saying I am fine, even did stem cell treatment and drs treating symptoms not the root cause. Long story short, Neurofeedback was the best thing I have ever done for myself and health. Its non-invasive, foesnt require on-going treatment and it finally gave me answers after researching for 3 years. It proved all the drs I have been to all wrong. And honestly, working with Jessica, she is really passionate about her work. Truly a blessing that she is in my life! 💜 She knows her stuff! She has changed my life for the good!
