I can’t thank Dr Aaron and the Vanderhoof team enough for helping me through a tough bout of acute back pain. Over just five sessions, I experienced significant relief and improvement. Scheduling was effortless, and I really appreciated the flexibility of his late office hours. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making each visit a positive experience. Most importantly, Dr Aaron provided expert care that truly made a difference in my recovery. He was able to interpret my MRI findings to better target his approach. He also gave me a personalized exercise plan to do at home, which was incredibly helpful in speeding up my healing process. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Vanderhoof to address issues with my right shoulder, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understood exactly how my condition was affecting my everyday work as a Trainer and a Dietitian. Throughout our sessions, I could tell he genuinely cared about my progress, and he always explained things clearly. Thanks to his expertise and personalized approach, I’ve noticed significant improvement in my shoulder mobility. He even made a special tool for releasing the tense muscles around my shoulder (trigger point ball on a stick - simple but so easy to use).
