I recently tried cryotherapy and red light therapy at University Total Wellness, and the experience was amazing! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Cryotherapy was quick, refreshing, and such a boost afterward. Pairing it with red light therapy was the perfect combo. I left feeling energized, relaxed, and already noticing a difference in how my body felt. The space is clean, professional, and calming, and you can tell they truly care about your overall wellness. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reduce inflammation, recover faster, or just feel your best!

had a great experience at University Total Wellness. I tried the red light therapy and it was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, and Deena was absolutely wonderful knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I was the first patient to have an experience at this brand new clinic! The General Manager Dena Lozano is so friendly , welcoming , and knowledgeable. She made my experience super smooth and made me feel so comfortable trying out something new. They check in periodically with you to see how you are feeling on your medication to make sure everything is going accurately. If you are looking for a weight loss clinic, go to University Total Wellness to feel amazing !
