Chandra and Kayla are truly excellent therapists. They create a space that feels safe, grounded, and easy to show up in without pressure or judgment. Nothing felt forced or overly clinical, which made the workshop feel approachable and real. They’re incredibly thoughtful in how they guide conversations and exercises, especially around complex or sensitive topics. You can tell they’re experienced, but they don’t lead from a place of ego. They listen, they notice what’s happening in the room, and they respond with care and clarity. Overall, the workshop was impactful largely because of how Chandra and Kayla held the space. I’d absolutely recommend working with them.
