I'm so glad I found the Neurofeedback Center! I did a rental for a month and the neurofeedback device really helped my sleep, as well as my ability to concentrate for long stretches of time, which has been helpful for some recently intense periods at work. Irina is also such a warm, kind, wonderful human!! She was very supportive during the process and frequently checked in to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend giving this a shot. :)

SF Neurofeedback Center offered a pleasant and supportive experience. While I was in the due diligence stage, Irina answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. Then when I was ready to begin the therapy, not only did she prepare me to get the most out of it, she checked in with me throughout the six weeks and shared valuable perspective. The sessions themselves ranged from subtle relaxation to deep expansion. During the 6-week period, my ability to first recognize emotions and thought patterns and then make a conscious shift improved significantly. This was evident in my sitting meditation practice as well as in ordinary moments throughout the day. Finally, I noticed my dreams were quite vivid and about half of the nights my sleep quality was improved. SF Neurofeedback offers the most competitive pricing I've found in the area and it was a privilege to work with Irina.

I had a really great experience with US Neurofeedback Center. It is a very small company, run by only a few people, with Henry as the founder. Henry works closely with you, is who you rent the equipment from and do sessions with, and answers any of your questions. He was very nice, professional, thorough, and honest with explaining to me how the technology works, what some possible benefits were, and even shared his own personal story of how neurofeedback helped him. I was able to rent a machine to take home, which was a real game changer, since I could do it in the comfort of my place at any time without the worry of making an appointment and could really relax. The equipment was in very good condition, Henry was always available to answer any questions that I had during my rental time, and I noticed a significant improvement in mood and anxiety.
