Incredible care and attention so happy I discovered this place! It was my first time exploring a Naturopathic practice so I was extra grateful in how thorough and educational Dr. Laura and Dr. Tere were throughout my consultation visit. A few days later I went back for a Potenza high-frequency Micro-needling treatment for my fine lines and acne scars and saw results almost immediately after my treatment 🙏🏼 Thanks so much Avena!!

I had the most amazing experience at Avena in Solana Beach. The space is beautiful and peaceful, and the team made me feel so cared for.
