Dr Tam and the staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. Always greeted with a smile. The gals are very professional and friendly. The place is clean and well equipped. My back is feeling so much better since starting my therapy. I can actually sleep pain free and drive pain free. I recommend this group to anyone needing relief.

I had shoulder surgery in 2023. I did all the rehab, never quite got back to 100%. My orthopedic surgeon and said let’s try PRP and possibly another surgery if that didn’t work. That’s what led me into looking into more holistic solutions and eventually scheduling an appointment with Absolute Integrative Physical Medicine. I met with Dr. Alex Tam and was blown away. He took x-Rays and sat with me for over an hour explaining everything to me. I was stunned. My shoulder wasn’t really the problem. It was just where the pain was showing up. What was actually going on? I have scoliosis. My other muscles were weak so my whole body was compensating, and my shoulder was picking up the slack for muscles that weren’t doing their job. My faith in the traditional medical system will never be the same. I was frustrated stunned and disappointed that this approach hadn’t been taken with the doctors I previously visited. After all that, Dr. Tam gave me a detailed quote and plan with the x-rays and said I could take it anywhere else, think about it, no rush. Zero pressure. No sales pitch.
