My experience with Better U thus far has been very positive. Today I had an appt with Ludwig which was very helpful. He answered several questions I had, and did so quite well, providing me email and text links to resources provided by Better U of which I'd not yet taken advantage. He, also, answered questions I had regarding concerns on typical length of treatment and maintenance, since I do not have anyone with whom to share my experience, and haven't known quite what to expect from this process. He gave me additional encouragement when I felt comfortable enough with him to share, more specifically, the nature of some of my issues. I couldn't have anticipated more help from this session than I received. I am Very pleased and reassured coming away from this appointment. And he has reinforced my overall experience with Better U as an impressive organization, and highly impressive in comparison with my experience with 2 other online ketamine therapy organizations. I have more hope today that a happy, fulfilled life is indeed possible for me than I have had in over a decade! Thank you very much!

Better U reminded me of a yoga studio that welcomes you with incense, soft music, and perfectly curated smiles… and then a velvet‑rope bouncer steps out to charge an $800 “inner‑peace access fee.” The vibe is serene; the pricing is unmistakably greedy.
When I asked simple, honest questions, the tone shifted from “open heart” to “closed tab.” Instead of clarity, I got defensiveness. When I shared this feedback directly, I was dismissed — which told me everything I needed to know. At the end of the day, the Better U model feels built for shareholders, not patients.
MindScape RX, led by someone who’s actually been through ketamine treatment, keeps things accessible, straightforward, and less than one‑third the price. Sharing this so other patients can choose with clarity.

I’ve been with Better U for several years, and for a long time I genuinely felt supported and grateful for this program. Ketamine therapy helped me when other options hadn’t, and I’ve recommended Better U to others in the past based on my early experience.
Over the last several months, though, I’ve grown increasingly concerned. Since a pharmacy change, the medication no longer feels consistent with what I previously received at the same prescribed dose. I’m not claiming wrongdoing — but as a long-term patient, the difference has been noticeable and unsettling.
Continuity of care has also become a significant issue. I seem to have a new doctor or provider nearly every appointment, which makes it difficult to build trust or feel that anyone truly knows my history. Phone calls are rarely returned, and when I do need to schedule a doctor appointment, the wait can be up to two weeks.
One experience in particular was especially difficult. Around Christmas, my prescriber did not send my prescription to the pharmacy for over a week, even though I had clearly explained that I was out of medication and that the holiday period is a very hard time for me emotionally. I shared that I was struggling and having flashbacks. Despite this, it took four separate phone calls before anything moved forward, and responses only came via brief text messages days later. That lack of urgency and follow-through was deeply disappointing.
I’m sharing this publicly because repeated attempts to resolve these issues privately haven’t led to improvement. When you’re already dealing with stress and mental health challenges, these kinds of delays and communication gaps don’t just feel frustrating — they add to the burden.
I want this to work, and I’m not trying to attack the company or dismiss the many people who’ve had positive outcomes. However, given the ongoing issues with responsiveness and continuity, I’m now also looking into other programs. I truly hope Better U can take feedback like this seriously and make improvements, especially for long-term patients who’ve relied on this care.
Unfortunately they have gotten really bad reviews lately on other sites are not even bother to responding. Very concerned. Used to be a huge supporter and have recommend them to so many people but not anymore. Just makes you sad when a company cares so little.

Excellent support and the best pain reliever I have found after being disabled for 30 yrs. I’m in NY for emergency surgery with mom. It’s 10 degrees and I’m going through hell. If you could get my meds up here as soon as possible, I need to be able to take care of her. Severe spinal surgery. I’ll be here at least a month. If you could help please.

I am a 90% disabled war time veteran. Better U care has changed my life and my view of the world in such a wonderful way. The VA offered me intravenous ketamine treatment. I tried it once and decided to continue my in home treatment. I'm so greatful for Better U being there for me. If your dealing with depression and pain I highly suggest you give this treatment a try. Let them know KIM NOEL referred you and you will receive a $50.00 off your 1st order. It will help change your life for the better as it as helped me.
