About this clinic

NeuroGrove Services, a functional and integrative-medicine clinic in Arvada, specializes in neurofeedback and neurostimulation therapies alongside ketamine therapy and psychedelic-assisted treatment for mental-health and neurological conditions. The practice combines brain-computer interface technology with peptide therapy, photobiomodulation, and nutritional counseling to address the physiological underpinnings of anxiety, PTSD, cognitive decline, and chronic pain. Biofeedback therapy and EMDR complement the neurotherapy offerings. Treatment plans are individualized following assessment, and the clinic's approach emphasizes identifying and correcting dysregulation in brain activity rather than symptom management alone.

I've been a client here on and off for a few years now. Starting with neurofeedback when Dr. Bell was the owner, followed by Ketamine Assisted Therapy sessions with Dr. Ryan, who is one of the current owners. I had very positive experiences all around! But I particularly liked working with Dr. Ryan. He is kind, compassionate, insightful, and truly cares about his clients! I was happy to hear about his transition into ownership because I know the clinic can only improve under his direction.

This review is written from a place of genuine, overwhelming gratitude. I need everyone to understand the honest-to-goodness truth about my experience with Neurogrove and the dedicated team of Dr. Ryan Phillips, Dr. Beth Mazzola, and Ryann Soutar. My agonizing struggle with Long COVID began in December 2021. For almost four devastating years, my life was a relentless, painful decline. After a terrifyingly rapid decline in late spring, I truly believed the rest of my life would be lived on the sidelines—severely disabled, with zero hope for recovery. The simplest description of my life was chronic pain, crushing chronic fatigue, starvation, and a host of other debilitating issues. I couldn't cook, I couldn't socialize, I could barely dress myself witout crying, and I could hardly manage to walk 100 feet before being laid out in agony for days or weeks. I had crashed, and I thought I was declining to a place of no return. When I found Neurogrove, I was running on empty, but they immediately gave me a foundation of hope I hadn't felt in years. Unlike most everywhere else, they validated my pain, truly listened to my story, took much time and effort to understand my condition and situation, and treated me like a whole person. They didn't just manage symptoms; they looked at the root cause and provided the precise expertise I needed to heal. With Dr. Phillips leading the way, this team didn't just treat my Long COVID—they CURED me. This is my testimonial: Today, I can walk over two miles and clean the house for hours without pain, without a crash, and without repercussions. I feel normal. I feel whole. I have boundless energy and a deep appreciation for life. The person I thought I lost almost four years ago is back, fully healed, and utterly blessed. This recovery isn't just physical; it's a profound, emotional resurrection. If you are reading this and feel like I did—hopeless, exhausted, and forgotten by the medical world—please know that healing is possible. Neurogrove gave me a new and even better life than I have ever experienced before, and I will be eternally grateful for their dedication, care, empathy, and heart.

After seven years battling chronic illness, discovering Dr. Ryan and Neurogrove gave me back my life. My treatment plan spanned multiple modalities including neuro-stimulation, neuro-feedback, and somatic therapy, but it was Dr. Ryan's holistic approach—seamlessly blending Eastern and Western medicine with legal psychedelic-assisted therapy—that offered me a path to healing. Dr. Ryan's exceptional care and philosophical guidance during sessions helped me process the mental and emotional factors contributing to my illness. His emphasis on integration—the conversations before, during, and after sessions—enabled me to transform maladaptive patterns into healthier strategies for life. While I still have occasional difficult days and require maintenance support, I'm once again living fully and looking forward to each new day. Dr. Ryan and the Neurogrove staff helped me rediscover my resilience, embrace opportunities, and regain hope for a healthy, fulfilling future.
