Boulder Integrative Health changed my life. I can't thank them enough for their care and guidance. After 64 years of being heavy, I have finally achieved my weight goals and maintained them for over a year. I've lost 60 pounds and have maintained this healthy weight for over a year. I've never been happier about a decision in my life. Carrie and her team offer more than drugs (which really do work). They helped me to change my life style completely and permanently. I now happily go to the gym and Pilates and, I pay attention to what I am eating and how I am living. If you knew me you'd know this is a big deal. The medication does work and it is helpful to have someone that guides you through what to expect and how to navigate this process. While this works and works well, the more important guidance you receive from Boulder Integrative Health is the tools to maintain your health after your weight is where you want it. I have grown and maintain muscle mass, I watch what I am eating without feeling deprived, and I sleep well for the first time in my adult life.
