About this clinic

Front Range Wound Care & Hyperbaric, located in Colorado Springs, specializes in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and comprehensive wound-care management. HBOT increases oxygen availability to tissues, supporting the body's natural healing processes and addressing chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, and post-surgical complications. The clinic combines hyperbaric protocols with evidence-based wound assessment and care planning, tailoring treatment to each patient's underlying condition and healing trajectory. The practice focuses on conditions where oxygen therapy has established clinical support, positioning itself as a specialized center for patients whose wounds have not responded adequately to conventional approaches. James was very contentious and difficult! I was arranging for my mother to get this treatment and first call was ok. Second call to confirm he received faxes of medical information turned volatile. I thought once he received the clearances I provided from pulmonary and medical records it would be reviewed and she would be able get a treatment soon. I am a physician who is very knowledgeable about HBOT but I am in Phoenix. I did all that he asked and for some reason he was very upset at me. I asked a simple question if she can go through what he needs and get treatment same day and he just exploded. This guy should not be in customer service. My mom is paraplegic and it is difficult to get transport.

Applied to parent company Front Range for a position in Centennial and I guess my application got bounced down to here. The owner James callled me and when I was confused he got upset, hung up, and when I called him back he said I wasn't interested enough. Dodged a slow moving bullet I guess.

Yes the owner is not only rude, but he made an error in a psi to atm conversion in our conversations which made for an error in our communication about my proposed treatment. He was very aggressive toward me during the misunderstanding, which was partially his fault. Plus, there were no prices posted anywhere. He wrote the prices down on a tablet, I took a picture of it, then later when I was to start treatment, he gave me increased prices. I showed him my picture and he was like “I must have been in a good mood that day”. Dont go here.
