Amy Gray Wellness is my go-to spot for infrared sauna sessions. The warmth deeply relieves my fibromyalgia and feels incredible as winter sets in, warming my bones and lifting my spirits. Amy is so friendly and welcoming, and the wellness center is spotless, making each visit a relaxing experience. She also has a great selection of products that perfectly complement my wellness routine. Whether you’re looking to soothe sore muscles, reduce stress, or just relax, this is the place to be!

Wow! I did not expect to find an infrared sauna session to be so impactful. I found Amy Gray in an effort to detoxify my body in preparation for a new chapter in life. Amanda, the office administrator/hostess, was very kind and helpful through my check-in and let me know a little bit more about the treatment than I already knew. The facility was very clean and their towels smelled great! As others have noted, each sauna has a tablet with a Pandora account attached so you can choose your own music each time you visit (love this!!). I didn't feel rushed or hurried and the vibes in the studio were overall immaculate. I left Amy Gray feeling vibrant and ready to attack the day. My mood was heightened and I felt recharged. I highly suggest arriving a few minutes early as there is a bit of a learning curve on figuring out which entrance to use to get to their studio. Also, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! I brought my own hydration packets for afterward but noticed they had a nice display of packets up front with options to purchase. I was ready to purchase a pack of sessions by the time I made it back to the front desk and look forward to returning!
