Natural Flow

I have been coming here for over 10 years and I love it. Dr. Vitaro is so knowledgeable and caring as is her staff. The machines are lay-down style with the viewing tube. They will also perform bodywork during your session if you are comfortable, which I highly recommend (Especially with Dr. Vitaro). It really does make a difference. It is a sort of massage of the points in your body that are associated with your colon. So feet massage points and stomach. If it is your first time they explain the process and make you feel very comfortable. I typically go every 2.5 to 3 months and then twice. I prefer a week apart, but some do two days in a row. This has been so beneficial to my health. I am gluten sensitive, but if I keep these appointments up I am able to sneak some in without stomach issues. I was also diagnosed with IBS and ever since I started regular sessions my flare ups maybe happen once a year and I used to have them monthly. They also offer B-12 shots for a reasonable price and have a variety of full cleansing programs as well as a membership that cuts down cost. Plus the treatments are FSA and HSA eligible. If you have thought about trying this treatment or have already gone through treatments before and need a place, definitely book an appointment with natural flow!

She is very passionate about what she is doing, and it shows in her character and bedside manners. She thoroughly explained every process and what to expect during my session.
