I'm obsessed with OODA. It is so much more than a gym - it is personal training/fitness, recovery, and nutrition all backed by cutting edge research. They designed a gut protocol based on my lab work which was a game changer, helped me fix a shoulder issue, and introduced me to recovery tools like shiftwave, PEMF and red light therapy, to manage stress. I'm someone who measures everything and the improvements in my HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep quality are wild. The team is supportive, fun, and deeply knowledgeable. I can't recommend OODA enough.

I recently joined OODA Life and I can’t say enough great things. State of the art equipment, personalized training by a very seasoned and motivated trainers, and high-level recovery options that include PEMF, red light therapy, the cold plunge and more. What I love the most (besides the wonderful staff is how efficient their personalized workouts are,and how much I’m challenged and learning.

OODA Life is fantastic. It is exactly the gym and wellness center Cherry Creek has been missing. It has a truly top-of-the-line facility, equipment, and staff. I have been hoping for an Equinox for years, and this place far exceeds it.
