I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Marshall and her team. I had a gum grafting procedure, and honestly, it was completely painless afterward… no discomfort at all. From the very first consultation, the staff was so professional, kind, and attentive. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and really put me at ease. I felt cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone considering periodontal care!

Dr Nick and the team - including Kimmy - are amazing! We all have stress when someone is poking around our teeth and gums. Dr Poulos and Kimmy take away every ounce of anxiety through incredible care, solid communication and kindness! I feel so incredibly lucky to know them and to have them looking out for my long term health. Thank you to the entire Poulos, Somers and Marshall team!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Dr. Marshall. Initially I received a bone graft in February 2024 for my right incisor. The surgery apparently went without a hitch and I came back for follow-up imaging in July. I was told I would need an additional bone graft, which was kindly offered at no cost to me. However, upon arriving for my second bone graft months later, I remained waiting and was finally told by Dr. Marshall that she had taken a look at my images I had gotten before this morning and had noticed that I had some regression on my front tooth that had not been there prior. She told me she would call me within a week, but never gave me a full answer as to why the bone of my central tooth began deteriorating. We scheduled for the second bone graft again, but out of hesitation I reached out to two additional providers. Upon reviewing my imaging prior to my graft and after, both concluded that the damage to my front tooth was from mechanical trauma from this initial graft in the neighboring space. Now in 2026, I had to have my front tooth removed from the damage caused, and I have had numerous bone grafts done. The practice agreed to give me my money back, but this whole process has become a nightmare. Dr. Marshall is very kind, but I wish she had been honest with me about what had occurred. I’m only hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
