This appointment was set up through Veterans Affairs Community Care program. I never received the patient portal email, contacted them as soon as I realized, and completed the forms as soon as they sent access. I still showed up for my intake, but the provider didn’t see me. Afterward, I was told I would no longer be considered as a patient due to “not communicating” about portal access when I did. I waited a year for this referral from the VA, scheduled this appointment a month in advance and the physician couldn’t even show up.

Not super happy with how I was treated on the phone. The hours of operation don’t work for me so I will be finding a different facility, which is fine, however being told “I don’t know what else to do for you.” And being laughed at was innapropriate. The tone the entire phone conversation was condescending and I don’t think you should work front desk if you can’t be patient in the mental health field. This was a call from today at 10:15 AM. I can handle being talked down to, however I worry for others who can’t that are seeking treatment for major depressive disorder. Just be kind.

Aside from experiencing literally life-changing results from my TMS treatment with Dr. Wirecki et al., I honestly can't think of another doctor and staff that was as routinely compassionate, generous, and accommodating as those at TMS Center of Colorado. My treatment was constantly tailored and adjusted to give me the best possible results and everyone was more than gracious on the, unfortunately, several occasions that I had to cancel an appointment due to illness. The people around me have all commented on how much better I seem and I'm currently talking with several family members about also getting treatment. Though I'm sure the results differ for everyone, my particular experience has seen: -a drastic drop in irritability, -an increase in patience, -just being able to get out of myself and care more for those around me, -newfound willpower and perseverance leading to sticking with dietary changes I had attempted countless times in the past but always gave up on, -and I'm now pursuing social interactions rather than always trying to hide from people. These are the highlights but part of the fun now is being surprised every once in a while with a newly noticed result. I would not hesitate to undergo treatment again and I wouldn't even think of trying a different doctor. In my opinion, Dr. Wirecki and his co-workers are the absolute best! Thank you all so much, I am grateful for each one of you!
