Well Beings Integrative Medicine, a musculoskeletal and pain clinic in Wheat Ridge, offers chiropractic adjustment alongside shockwave therapy and dry needling for joint and back pain. The practice provides a range of modalities including compression therapy, physical therapy, and migraine treatment, with an emphasis on individualized protocols rather than a single fixed approach. I first came to well beings after my friend put me down for a referral for my knee pain from a small meniscus tear. The first day I met with dr Haylee and she was amazing, we did some tests, got and X-ray done and then we went over everything. Not only was I dealing with knee pain but also constant pain on the lower right side of my back. I ended up doing the whole package of adjustments and physical which unfortunately my insurance did not cover but they do payment plans. I know it may seem a little pricey but it is so worth it.
I went in twice a week usually after work and every time they would ask me how I was feeling I was normally in some sort of pain. I would get my adjustments, do some exercises, then go home and use my denneroll. My amazing pts Annabelle and Emily had me doing exercises that would target the areas that were in some way causing me pain and strengthening those muscles.
We slowly started seeing the progress in the way my body was moving and feeling. I honestly don’t remember when but suddenly on one of my appointments when they asked how everything was feeling and moving I realized I haven’t been feeling anything in a great way. I had not been in pain and didn’t even remember when was the last time I felt pain and this was after being in pain at least once a week.
The physical therapists give you exercises to do at home and they gave me some that would help with back pain which I’ve been doing even if I’m feeling great.
I can’t believe I even doubted using well beings when I first walked in. They have seriously changed my life for the better!!! So if you are debating on starting a program just do it, your body will thank you!!

I’ve been coming to Well Beings for years for prenatal & postpartum chiropractic care, as well as functional PT to help with back pain, posture and postpartum wellness. The staff is amazing!! They take X-rays to get a holistic view and create a care plan that really works. The chiropractors are kind, intentional and really listen to me. Annabel does PT and she is the best!! I always bring my kids with me to the office and the whole team is generous and works with me to get my needs met and keep the kids entertained. Easy to schedule with office staff and very transparent about pricing. Highly recommend!

Well beings has been an absolute lifesaver for me throughout all four of my pregnancies. I get bad sciatic/hip pain as a result of being pregnant and my regular visits to Well Beings almost completely eradicates this pain. I originally chose them with my first on the recommendation of my birth center, and knowing that they were trained specifically in prenatal chiropractic adjustments (The Webster’s technique) and I keep coming back because of the huge difference it’s made in my comfort level during pregnancy. Chiropractic care also create more room and a better environment for baby to move into the head down position, which has proven to be the case for me and I’m so grateful. Special shout out to Dr. Jacob and Jaycie for being amazing, but everyone who works here is wonderful. Highly recommend during pregnancy and beyond. You won’t be sorry you tried this place.

I can’t say enough great things about Well Beings Integrative Medicine! From the moment I walked in, Rey and Jaycie at the front desk made me feel like family—warm, welcoming, and always helpful.
Dr. Haelee and Dr. Jacobs were incredible throughout my recovery. They truly listened to my needs and helped me get back on track. Thanks to their care, I’ve regained confidence and mobility.
A huge shoutout to Anabel and Emily for guiding me through strength training—I feel so much stronger now when running, biking, and skiing. I originally came in with foot and ankle pain that was keeping me from my favorite outdoor activities, and now I’m back at it!
Beyond the physical improvements, I feel more mindful about my body and have a clear path to continue strengthening it. Overall, everyone treated me like family, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

Well beings has definitely been a huge help for a couple big issues I was experiencing. First one was consistent and frequent headaches related to jaw issues. Dr Jacob was able to solve my problem within a few visits and I can finally chew gum and eat steak painlessly. I also was involved for the car accident and had some pretty intense shoulder tightness and a slight tear in my muscle that they were able to treat. Been going here for a couple of years and overall it's been a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and a great dog.
