Alison is a lovely human! She is who you want alongside you as you prepare to start your optimal health journey. She is attentive and thorough. She explains lab results in a way that makes sense. I have hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s and my symptoms have greatly improved since I started working with Alison a few months ago!
