Dr. Courtney is amazing! I appreciate her integrative health knowledge and expertise. She's helped me get to the root cause of my health issues and, at age 42, I can say I have never felt better. She has also educated me on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements and hormones that has helped optimize my health and given me tools to make great health choices in years to come. I feel confident I'll navigate perimenopause/ menopause with greater ease and understanding under her care and with the knowledge I've gained from her. She's a doctor who really takes the time to know her patients, a genuinely caring doctor, which I've found to be rare in recent years. She also helped a friend recover from health issues many doctors couldn't figure out. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

I have learned so much about myself during the time I have spent with Dr. King and I have benefitted in wonderful ways from following the self-care plan she tailored to my own specific needs. Certainly, it is more than I ever learned from conventional Doctors I had seen who made more eye contact with their computer screens in 15 minutes with me than they ever made with me. I have suffered from Depression to one degree or another my whole life and when I developed an auto-immune disease, my wife (who is a Nurse Practitioner) suggested I start seeing Dr. King as she was so attracted to her Functional Medicine approach to patient care. What a difference it has made! I am getting active and getting out and socializing with people which I always lacked the energy and motivation to do before. And many of my numbers on the comprehensive blood test Dr. King orders have improved dramatically. (BTW my wife says most Doctors don’t order a such a comprehensive blood test because they really wouldn’t know how to interpret it, anyway!) What is clear about Dr. King is that she went in to health care because she genuinely cares. Cares enough to bring her knowledge and life experience to fully listening to her patients as though each one is special and has their own special needs.

Dr. Courtney is beyond knowledgeable in the field of functional and integrative medicine. She is also such a kind person and actually listens - her mind-body-spirit approach to health has changed my life.
