I came to The Facility after feeling increasingly frustrated with a PCP who wasn’t engaging in helping me improve my overall health. Mitchell and Kate are absolutely amazing. I was quite honestly blown away by their professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and at the insane amount of knowledge they each individually possess. Working in the healthcare industry myself, I see how broken our system is. Meeting practitioners like Michell and Kate was such a major breath of fresh air. They really know what they are doing and, again, my mind was blown when we got into some pretty deep talk about the body and its ability to heal itself given the proper nutrition, movement, and supplements. They truly care about their patients, and this was very evident during my initial consultation by the way they both listened when I spoke with such care and empathy. I was also very impressed by their intake form. It is, by far, the most thorough intake I have ever seen. And they actually READ it all, too.
