I had such a wonderful experience with Stephanie at Inside Out Health CT! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Stephanie is warm, professional, and incredibly informative — I learned so much during our conversation. The office itself is beautiful — clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom is gorgeous! You truly feel pampered the entire time. I also loved that she offers a great selection of probiotics and helpful aftercare supplies. Stephanie is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a hydrotherapy session!

not awkward at all!! i was so nervous for this, but steph is a kind, professional woman with a foot in both worlds (her allopathic nursing background, plus holistic wellness naturopathy methods for wellness methodology). the space is calm, warm and inviting. the procedure was very interesting, i truly recommend for anyone looking to improve their gut health! she was informative, relaxed and we laughed a ton. time flew by. worth the money!

Found Stephanie through Instagram. She started appearing on my feed a few weeks ago, and after watching a few of her videos I knew I had to book an appointment. I have to say that Stephanie is very knowledgeable about her craft as well as natural health. She is a breath of fresh air...wish more people were as in tune as she is. If you have never had a colonic or want to, but are unsure... Stephanie is the person you need to go to, she will make you feel comfortable and you will feel amazing after your treatment.
