First time trying cryotherapy and I had a great experience at Capital Cryo. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—they took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable right away. I did the starter package, which included whole body cryo, a cryo facial, and sauna experience. The combination was ideal. The sessions were quick and effective, I left feeling refreshed, energized, and restored. Highly recommend for recovery or overall wellness.
