First time trying cryotherapy and I had a great experience at Capital Cryo. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—they took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable right away. I did the starter package, which included whole body cryo, a cryo facial, and sauna experience. The combination was ideal. The sessions were quick and effective, I left feeling refreshed, energized, and restored. Highly recommend for recovery or overall wellness.

Fast and convenient. Easy parking w validation- in and out 10 minutes - no need for shower or change of clothes

My friend and I had never gotten a spray tan prior to yesterday and for first time tanners, we definitely recommend Capital Cyro. They were so helpful, talking us through every step, and just overall so kind! We will both be going back!
