I try not to leave reviews unless I hear at least one positive thing to say. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I called to schedule a colonic and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude. When she started asking for personal information and I asked if I could schedule an appointment without giving that sort of information over the phone, she said no. That it was like creating a hospital record. I mentioned that hospital records are HIPPA protected and asked if there was another way to set the appointment and I could fill out paperwork when I got to the facility. She said no, call back when you’re ready to give me the information and hung up on me. I have been to several facilities in MULTIPLE states and have never had someone so insistent in gathering personal protected information. I would not go to this facility.

Dr. Mines is a 10/10 person and doctor. She understands the root causes of disease and takes the time to listen to you and come up with a holistic plan to set you on a better course for your health and wellness. She helps you get better nutrition while eliminating the toxins with things like saunas and colonics. If you want to mask your symptoms with drugs then go to any doctor. If you want to learn why you are having your symptoms so that you can eliminate them at the root cause and live a better life then come here! Thank you Dr. Mines for helping to save my life more than once!
