Dr Mallery and her staff are terrific! I had a great appointment today with the Dr. She is professional, caring and very knowledgeable about her field. I have been seeing her for 4 years or so and have always had pleasant experiences. Today, her nurse was lovely as was her assistant. They made me very comfortable and were both very concerned about my feelings throughout the procedure. Finding a true, holistic dentist is not easy. Dr Mallery is a gem! 💎 💎💎

Our daughter was very nervous about her first ever dentist appointment. Dr. Gina and her supporting staff did a great job putting her at ease as they offered state of the art treatment. We are really excited to address some breathing issues along with a need for braces with holistic techniques and equipment that is much less invasive than traditional braces.

If you want to be taken care of, this is not the place to go. When I first started care, I was made aware that they don’t accept insurance directly, but I could file claims through my insurance. I did and still had numerous issues because this clinic refuses to call the insurance agencies to say they’re not in network anymore. The major insurance conglomerate has in their system that they’re still in network, and won’t change that unless the dentist calls them. Then when I filed for a routine teeth cleaning with my insurance, they wouldn’t pay for it because of whatever code the dentist used for it. I decided to cut my losses with trying to go through insurance because my biggest goal is just having a holistic dentist. This was last summer. My next teeth cleaning was scheduled for the first week of December. 2 days before, I got a text stating that the hygienist wouldn’t be in that day and I’d need to be rescheduled. I called them and got sent to voicemail (common occurrence) and left a voicemail. I never received a call back. I tried again after the holidays in January, still nothing. I tried again 2 weeks ago (now February) then nothing. Today I get an automated text saying I should schedule because I haven’t had an appointment in a while. I text back and explain what’s happened and they say they’ve had other people report this issue and they think there’s been issues with their phone lines. They claim they’ve tried calling me but I don’t have ANYTHING in my call history from them. I call them to try to reschedule and they say they can’t get me in until May. That’s a YEAR after my last appointment. They refused to try to make it work and get me in before then even though all of these issues have been because of their poor organization and planning. Lucas made it seem like this is my fault and they haven’t done anything wrong. I am 4 months pregnant and already am prone to teeth issues, and with pregnancy many more dental hygiene issues can happen. Even knowing this and all the mistakes they’ve made they still can’t get me in until I’m 7 months pregnant and a year after my last appointment. 0 customer service or accountability for their own mistakes. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
