I’m not only very satisfied with the psychiatrists and therapists at Solace but I’m thrilled they have virtual visits with my insurance company and its so easy to text their main phone number to make appointments and ask questions! I love that feature. Paige, one of the care counselors, helped me with fixing an appointment time, taking my copay, and answering all my questions, via text! It was so fast and convenient.

My experience with Solace Behavior Health Dorothy Wold ( Lynn) is excellent and extremely important abd helpful. This is Denise btw. I've been working with Lynn, for a couple of years now and she is the most patient, caring, understanding, and promt doctor I have. She always ALWAYS gives me great advice, and helps me more than any others. She is a great addition to my mental health and is always there when I need her ❤️ The staff also is great. When leaving a message rest assured you will get a call back. If you are looking for help in mental health I highly recommend Solace and more so Lynn. Thank you Solace and thank you Lynn 😊 🌻

I've been going to Solace forever. I started out with Dr Patel, who I really liked and respected. I've had several therapists but I have been with Cindy Fonda for the last few years and I like her very much she's been very helpful, respectful and gracious. I also like the staff. I never have any trouble with them and I appreciate that because the staff can make a break a business.

the best practice i’ve been to after many constant changes after too many poor experiences or having a doctor just throw medication at me over and over, constantly increasing until i would end up sick when they would never fill ones on time or help me taper off so i wouldn’t get sick. this practice is my first male doctor i’m actually very comfortable with. the entire staff is amazing and makes me feel seen and acknowledged. when i have questions i don’t fully understand, they aren’t bothered explaining it fully to me so i know what’s going on or what i need to do. from the front desk, to who i contact with calls or texting the main line. paige from the text messages did not make me feel lesser having to repeat questions when i had not understood. neither has anyone i’ve spoken to on the phone or from the front desk. i have a habit of apologizing for repeating myself to make sure i understand everything, yet all of them have kindly stated i had no reason to apologize and would explain everything until it was clear to me so i knew what i was confused on. i visit the office in new port richey on rowan road and i love this office. this has been one of my favorite practices since, and i am grateful for being a patient for the help i need with them.

When with Cindy I feel comfortable. She’s very easy to talk to. I really never wait for her. If so, it’s only a few minutes. Her room is inviting and warm. I also see Dr. Patel. He is also fairly easy to speak to. As far as the other reviews, I would agree that they do NOT answer the phones. It’s extremely frustrating, especially for new patients as they’re trying to help themselves get “healthy”. As an office for mental health, the patients should be top priority. New patients get immediately turned off by getting so frustrated that they look elsewhere for care.
