I had a very pleasant experience with Teresa from the billing department. I placed a call regarding the fact that I didn't get my new insurance card yet. I called the plan and I got the number assigned to me but no card. I called this lovely gal and she was so thoughtful and nice and such a helpful person. She ended up canceling my appointment rescheduling it and updating all my insurance details. She turned a very anxiety ridden situation into a positive interaction. Great customer service.

As a patient of Dr. Hanna, I am grateful he helped me starting May 2019. Pain was my issue. Fibromyalgia was initially why I made my appointment. He was successful helping me and continues to do so. His compassion is wonderful, he doesn't tell you nothing is wrong. He is amazing. If you suffer from pain he can help give you quality in your daily life.

I would give dr Hanna a 5star but his office help a one. I just had to pay almost 1000$ because they would not do thier job by sending the insurance company the paperwork with the correct codes it would take to get them paid from insurance. We called them a number of times and the insurance company as well just to have it taken care of, just to have dr Hanna’s billing office to get rude and tell pay the bill or be banned from dr Hanna’s service. Dr Hanna needs to know how his patients are being treated by his office help.
