I am very grateful to the entire team at Neuro Wellness TMS Centers of America. They have been absolutely wonderful in all aspects of the service, and most importantly, I've always felt that they put the wellness of the patient and their families first. They went out of their way to help me and my family not only in terms of wonderful medical care but also in terms of dealing with the insurance, always showing great attitude, incredible support and flexibility. My experience with NeuroWellness was nothing short of amazing. The professionalism, compassion and commitment of every staff member to my treatment was outstanding. Each individual at NeuroWellness truly desired for me to find healing and restoration. And I did…..on day five my anxiety and depression lifted somewhat and continues to improve. Saint TMS treatments have made a significant difference in my mental health when nothing else worked. I am so grateful!!!

I was interested in SAINT TMS. I was passed through multiple staff and had to participate in a very in-depth and difficult depression assessment. I was told they would attempt (but unlikely) to receive insurance authorization. I was told a 2-week timeline, but I never heard from anyone on their staff again. Sad and pitiful, especially when you're in the business of improving mental health and ultimately saving lives. UPDATE TO MY POST: They violated HIPAA in their response to me. Conveniently, do not allow reviewers to respond to their post. Do not go here.
