What a special spot ! The Saturday red light therapy / Pilates / sound bath was fantastic ! France is such a great instructor and so passionate about wellness. Would recommend to anyone seeking a great workout, calm or a nice community.

I am continually impressed by Grounding Spot and their commitment to accessible mental (and physical) fitness. The atmosphere is kind, inviting and calming. I really enjoy the Red Light Mat Pilates & Meditation with Sound Bowls class with France, she really knows how to guide you to inner calm and boost your body's strength with mat Pilates. There are so many different services offered -- I encourage everyone who is looking to become the best version of themselves to visit Grounding Spot.

LOVE the energy of Grounding Spot! You always leave feeling so refreshed and (literally grounded). I’ve tried the Hot Pilates & Mat Pilates class, and the instructors are so motivating and welcoming. Will definitely continue coming 🩷
