Boost and Balance truly lives up to its name. The knowledge and services offered here are exceptional, especially for anyone who is proactive about their health and longevity. Dr. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stands out is his genuine care for the people he serves. You can tell his heart is in helping the community, not just providing a service. Every interaction feels thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in real expertise. I’m grateful to have a local business like this in our community and would highly recommend Hidden Jewel to anyone looking to take a proactive, informed approach to their health.

Mike and Jamie are such blessing to our health and fitness journey. They have both guided us and answered whatever questions we had and explained to us thoroughly the process we wanted to look into. Not only are they knowledgeable and very professional, they are also one of the kindest and caring souls we have ever met! Their wellness facility is hands down the best! As soon as you walk in at Boost and Balance, Mike or Jamie greets you with the warmest smile and the energy in their facility is so warm and zen. We fell in love with their infrared saunas- best ones in town! They offer variety of wellness services- anything from weight-loss plans, shots, IV drips, skincare and supplements. It is the best one stop shop to wellness! I highly recommend them to everybody we know!

Boost & Balance is truly an answer to prayer. I already knew the benefits of sauna therapy—especially red light sauna therapy—but this place takes it to another level. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the facility is spotless. They offer a wide variety of treatments and pay attention to every detail. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, electrolyte drinks, cookies, snacks, chocolates, and body wipes are provided. The relaxing music and calming scents create a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere. I can’t recommend Boost & Balance enough!
