My experience overall has been mixed with NewAge, but after my session yesterday, I can't in good conscience recommend their services. Both sessions, Hillary has been late, and in my session yesterday, she was about 50 minutes late, while I try not use that against a smaller business, I figured it should be noted, as it's happened twice now, and I've seen other reviews mention this.
During our session It was hard getting any information towards the type of treatment I wanted, and really getting Hillary to listen was hard. It was annoying trying to ask about the meds i was interested in and getting told " they don't work" over and over . Frankly, it was disheartening to hear how quickly there was a dismissal of my needs as the stimulants Hillary wanted to push, I had mixed experiences with, and did not want to take.
I also found that it didn't help that, for a good chunk of our appointment, Hillary kept referring to cardiovascular issues I did not have and speculating on them. I found this was rather inappropriate, and talking with another psychiatrist today, they said so themselves, this was the case as I had no personal history of such issues. Our meeting wasn't in person, and to go off a call where she cant see me or check my heart It felt like an extreme jump for what I was trying to describe to Hillary. My new psychiatrist & pcp agreed that they jumped the gun on this.
Furthermore, I was also given questionable information about certain stimulants (Adderall) and their manufacturing, and after referring this to another psychiatrist and a pharmacist, I found that the information given wasn't inherently correct. I'd recommend checking in with your pharmacist about any information this office provides you about medicine. Everyone i spoke to after my meeting advised against what was told to me by Hillary.
The overall experience was anxiety-inducing I recommend booking elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend new age as a part of your healing journey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Transformative Care at New Age Psychiatry
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with New Age Psychiatry. From the moment I reached out, I felt heard, respected, and supported. The team combines genuine compassion with cutting-edge psychiatric care — a rare balance that makes a real difference.
The providers take the time to listen and tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. Their holistic and modern perspective on mental health has helped me make meaningful progress where other clinics fell short. Communication is seamless, appointments are easy to schedule, and the entire atmosphere feels welcoming and judgment-free.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, professional, and forward-thinking mental health care, New Age Psychiatry is the place to go. I finally feel like I’m in good hands.

New Age Psychiatry has been a life saver for me. The people here actually care and listen, which is hard to find these days. They helped me get my anxiety and ADHD under control when nothing else worked. The appointments are easy to do online and they always get back to me fast. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and want to help. I’m super thankful I found them. Highly recommend if you’ve been struggling or just tired of getting brushed off by other places.

I entered HIPAA protected info into their website along with my credit card info and the "doctor" did not show. Who knows where my information went.
I will be filing a BBB report tomorrow. The negative reviews are clearly being taken down.
Do not use or trust this company.

This is the most poorly ran office I’ve EVER encountered. They will take money from your account but not call in medications, they ignore calls, they ignore texts, and even ignore messages in the portal. I’ve been trying to reach them for five days to refill my daughter meds but nope. They won’t return any correspondences, but sure take that money. She’s out of her medication and they could literally care less. If it didn’t have private information I would upload an image showing the texts they’re ignored for five days when the are receiving the messages. Save your money, time, and frustration, go elsewhere where, we sure are.
