I had an excellent first visit with Dr. Flanagan and couldn’t be more impressed. Unlike other doctors I’ve seen, he actually took the time to sit with me, listen, and walk through multiple treatment options in a thoughtful, clear way. I never felt rushed, and it genuinely felt like he cared about helping me—not just moving on to the next patient. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. There was no wait at all, the front desk staff was extremely friendly, and his assistant, Maylee, was especially helpful and welcoming. Everything about the visit felt organized, calm, and patient-focused. It’s rare these days to find a doctor who combines expertise with real attention and empathy. I’m very glad I found Dr. Flanagan and feel confident I’m in the right hands for my back care.

Recently had PRP injections done by Dr. Flanagan. The procedure went incredibly smooth and exactly as he explained to me. I experienced VERY little discomfort during the procedure. Having had injections in my knees before I was blown away at how gentle and precise he was! I felt comfortable talking with him about my concerns and never felt rushed. The staff was also wonderful! As the procedure was just done yesterday it is far too early to see results, but I feel confident knowing I have the best possible chance of the PRP working for me because of having Dr. Flanagan do them! Highly recommend!
