This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, and Dr. Sand is amazing. I felt heard and educated in a way no other dentist has ever made me feel. Not only that, but I felt he was very honest about my previous dental work and informed me about other holistic ways to take care of my teeth. I will forever be a patient, and I will be forever grateful. The best Holistic Dentist I have come across !!

You know, I've been to a bunch of dentists over the years but Dr. Sand at Smart Dentistry? She's something special. Yeah I had to wait a bit longer than I thought but honestly? Best dental visit ever. Most dentists just rush you in and out but not her. She actually sat down and talked to me about how my teeth connect to my whole health. Like really explained stuff in a way that made sense. I walked out feeling like I finally understood how to take better care of myself, not just my teeth. And the work she did? Perfect. No pain, no stress. Just really good care from someone who obviously loves what she does. I've never felt this good about a dentist before. So yeah, the wait was a little long but who cares when you get this kind of treatment? Dr. Sand's my dentist now, no question. Smart Dentistry got it right.

I've been a patient of Dr Sand for over 3 yrs after a BAD BAD experience with 4 other male IAOMT' dentists. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST HOLISTIC DENTIST I'VE FOUND IN THE SE U.S.!!!! Don't waste time, if you want a principled competent compassionate dentist, CALL HER!!!! The IAOMT in Sanford had mold around the windows and ignored my input. That's dangerous for patients, Dr Sand offers the HIGHEST STANDARD in care and repaired the decayed tooth under the bridge the IAOMT installed in Greenville for $5,000! Get SMART, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. This dentist is the best engineer in FL, takes one to know one!

Absolutely Grateful for Dr. Sand and the Team at Smart Dentistry! I had an amazing experience at Smart Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding — especially for someone like me who gets very nervous at the dentist. During my visit, I actually had a panic attack. Dr. Sand and her team stayed with me the whole time, even though they had other patients waiting. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like a burden. She helped me calm down and made sure I felt safe before continuing. That kind of care is rare and meant so much to me. When she worked on my cavities (which were pretty big), she gave me breaks so my jaw wouldn’t hurt the next day — something no other dentist has ever done for me. I’ve had bad experiences before where dentists didn’t have patience with my anxiety. Sometimes they would send me home and say, “Come back when you’re calmer,” which only made things worse for my teeth. Dr. Sand takes a completely different approach. She’s holistic, gentle, and very thorough. She carefully disinfected the area before placing fillings — unlike other dentists I’ve been to who rushed and left decay behind. Her extra steps make a huge difference, and I know my teeth (and body) are healthier because of it. I’m also very sensitive and allergic to certain smells, but in this office, I felt great. There were no strong chemical odors, and I didn’t have any reactions — something I really appreciate. Dr. Sand truly understands holistic care because she lives it herself. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and treats each one as an individual. Even with staffing shortages that many places are dealing with, her entire team works so hard and still delivers professional, high-quality care. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
