At Higaldo TMS, I've had an absolutely wonderful experience. Here, I get TMS therapy in addition to medication management, and the quality of care has been outstanding. All of the employees are kind and inviting, but the front desk staff in particular always makes me feel welcome and appreciated as soon as I walk in. Throughout my path toward mental wellness, both the therapist and the psychiatrist have been immensely helpful. They make sure I feel heard and understood by taking the time to listen and respond to my concerns. I am extremely appreciative of the kind treatment I have received here and would strongly suggest Higaldo TMS to anyone thinking about receiving TMS therapy or mental health help.

Hidalgo TMS Psychiatric Services has been an excellent experience. The staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in. They make you feel comfortable, listen to your concerns, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and caring with their patients and treatments. The equipment and services are state of the art and the team is compassionate and supportive. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality psychiatric care and TMS treatment in Miami.

My experience with Spravato treatment at Hidalgo TMS Psychiatric Services has been nothing short of life-changing. The treatment itself is handled with so much care, patience, and attention that you never feel scared or alone during the process. Dr. Hidalgo is absolutely amazing. He genuinely makes himself available, checks in, and makes you feel like your mental health actually matters not just clinically, but personally. That level of accessibility and care is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Cabrera is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to answer questions and explain things in a way that makes sense. You can tell both doctors truly care about their patients’ progress and well-being. The staff as a whole is phenomenal, Irenia deserves special recognition. She is kind, caring, and incredibly understanding. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, safe, and supported during every visit. Her presence alone makes a huge difference. This entire team creates an environment where healing feels possible. If you’re considering Spravato treatment and want a place that treats you with respect, compassion, and genuine care, this is it. I’m so grateful for this team and the support they provide every single day.
