I cannot recommend ViscogGen enough! Before coming here, I was dealing with chronic, continuous pain in my back and neck that just wouldn't go away, for years. It was affecting my daily life, and I was starting to lose hope. From the very first appointment, they took a genuine personal interest in my well-being. They aren’t just about quick adjustments; they are incredibly hands-on with their care and take the time to really understand where the pain is stemming from. I am beyond angry and disappointed with my experience at Viscogen. I went in for back pain, desperate for relief, and instead I walked out in more pain and $165+ poorer. At the consultation, they told me I had to get X-rays before any adjustments could be done—something I paid for out of pocket, even though I have a 4-month-old baby at home and money is tight. I came back after the X-rays, only to be told I now need an MRI for my lumbar spine. The provider said she wasn’t comfortable adjusting that area (the exact source of my pain and spasms), but reassured me she could adjust everything else. What did she actually do? Adjust my neck and upper back—NOT where my pain is. I was very clear about my lower back spasms, hip pain, and overall discomfort, and none of that was addressed. When she popped my neck, it immediately felt tight, and after just 15 minutes I was already experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders that wasn’t there before. Now I’m on my way to get a deep tissue massage just to try and undo the damage. This place did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain, wasted my time and money, and left me worse off than when I came in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Great customer service and excellent advice from the staff. Brooklyn provided me with a few options to help reduce my knee pain. I highly recommend ViscoGen for future needs.
