Renoja in Oviedo is such a gem and relaxing haven. Did our couples date with friends on our day off. Welcoming staff , plus Ric and Debbie are fantastic and walked us through the services. I tried the float bed and massage, im 6mos pregnant and they took care of me and made sure im comfy. . Please give them a visit, highly recommend, try the new experience, as for me and my husband we will definitely come back

Our University of Central Florida Knight Weightlifting Team recently visited Renoja Wellness, and the experience was outstanding. The staff treated our entire group with professionalism and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean, organized, and clearly focused on helping people improve their health and performance. As a team that takes training and recovery seriously, we appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was and how much they cared about making sure we got the most out of the visit. It’s great to see a place that supports athletes and people working hard to better themselves. Thank you so much!!
